Let and Stay's properties are conveniantly situated close to public transport routes (BRT), shops and entertainment. Most properties are walking distance from the institution and as such you can save on your transport costs!

 Properties that we offer are;

• Student communes: A room in a house shared with other people. You will have your own semi-furnished bedroom (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, curtains/blinds) and will share communal areas like the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. We also offer ensuite options. Bedding can be supplied at an additional dicsounted charge.
• Cottages: Your own private garden cottage: Bachelor, one and two bedroom cottages are available.
• Flats: 2 or 3 bedroom flats
• Prices: Pricing ranges from R1,850 for shared accommodation up to R4,000 for cottages.

All properties are serviced weekly and gardens maintained by our professional staff. We are busy rolling out wireless internet to most of our properties (on justifiable demand). With your WI-FI enabled laptop or desktop you will be able to access the internet at broadband speeds at a cost cheaper than 3G. We also offer DSTV in select properties. Please enquire about availability of these services at your chosen property.

Our IT infrastructure allows you to log into your account online and view payment history, print receipts, view inspection results and much more.
